How long does it take to implement?

Are the AI costs included?
Yes. All AI processing, infrastructure, and model costs are fully included in both the Basic and Pro plans. There are no hidden usage fees or surprise charges.
Is there any processing limitation?
Basic and Pro plans include generous monthly processing limits designed for typical volumes handled by a freight-forwarding account manager or operator. Please contact us for exact limits aligned with your shipment profile.
Is there a minimum time for subscription?
Yes. We require a minimum three-month engagement. This period is necessary to fully configure and optimise your dedicated private AI environment and secure database, ensuring maximum performance and data protection for your freight operations. After the initial term, you may cancel at any time, and all your data will be securely returned.
Is there a minimum number of users?
Yes. A minimum of 10 users is required. This ensures we can properly provision and maintain your dedicated private AI infrastructure and database while delivering the highest level of performance and security for your freight-forwarding team.
Is there a free trial?
We do not offer a free trial. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and SWIFT wire transfers. Enterprise customers may also request custom invoicing. All transactions are processed securely with bank-level encryption.
